REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Helixson Global OPC Private Limited, operating under the brand name Helixson.cloud (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or using any service offered by Helixson.cloud, you (“Client”, “Customer”, “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.


1. General Policy
  1. All services provided by Helixson.cloud are offered on a prepaid basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  2. Payments made for services are non-refundable, except where expressly mentioned in this Policy.

  3. This Policy applies to all products, services, plans, upgrades, renewals, and add-ons.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, and restorations

  • SSL certificates (all types)

  • Setup fees, installation fees, and onboarding charges

  • Software licenses and third-party licenses

  • Activated VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud infrastructure

  • Add-ons, custom configurations, and managed services

  • Promotional, discounted, or special-offer services

Once provisioned or activated, these services cannot be reversed and therefore are not eligible for refunds.


3. Hosting Services (If Applicable)
  1. Shared or managed hosting services, where specifically mentioned, may be eligible for a limited refund at the Company’s discretion.

  2. No refund shall be provided once the service is activated, configured, or used.

  3. Abuse, policy violations, or misuse of services immediately voids any refund eligibility.

  4. Free services, bundled services, or complimentary offers are non-refundable.


4. VPS, Dedicated Server & Cloud Services
  1. VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud services are billed based on reserved or allocated resources.

  2. Once resources are provisioned, no refunds will be issued for:

    • Partial usage

    • Early cancellation

    • Downtime or performance issues

  3. Resource downgrades or upgrades do not entitle the client to any refund.


5. Domain-Related Refunds
  1. Domain registrations are governed by ICANN and registry policies.

  2. Domains cannot be refunded once registered, renewed, or transferred.

  3. The Company does not guarantee domain availability or trademark clearance.


6. Payment Failures & Duplicate Payments
  1. Duplicate or excess payments made due to technical errors may be adjusted as account credit, at the Company’s discretion.

  2. Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or taxes are non-refundable.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
  1. Clients must contact Helixson.cloud support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

  2. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

    • Immediate service suspension or termination

    • Permanent account closure

    • Recovery of chargeback fees and penalties

  3. The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting evidence.


8. Cancellation Policy
  1. Clients may request cancellation of services via the official support channel.

  2. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

  3. Clients remain responsible for all outstanding dues until the cancellation is processed.


9. Taxes & Government Charges

All applicable taxes (including GST) are non-refundable once paid to government authorities.


10. Abuse, Fraud & Policy Violations

No refunds shall be issued in cases involving:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Acceptable Use Policy breaches

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Legal or regulatory non-compliance


11. Refund Processing (If Approved)
  1. Approved refunds, if any, are processed within 7–10 business days.

  2. Refunds are issued using the original payment method only.

  3. Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.


12. Company Discretion

All refund decisions made by Helixson Global OPC Private Limited are final and binding.
The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.


13. Changes to This Policy

Helixson.cloud reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
